MindMaze — Privacy Policy

Overview

MindMaze (“the App”) is published by Exectek LLC. The App is a tilt-controlled marble maze game. It does not require an account.

Information we collect

We do not collect, sell, or share personal data through the App. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the App.

Data stored on your device

The App may store the following locally on your iPhone or iPad:

• Level progress and highest level reached
• Sound, music, and ball appearance preferences
• Onboarding flags for new game mechanics
• Other settings needed for the App to function

This data stays on your device unless you delete the App or reset your device. We do not receive copies of this data on our servers.

Device motion

The App uses your device’s motion sensors to detect tilt while you play. Motion data is processed on your device to move the marble and is not transmitted to Exectek LLC.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
